Our women's groups offer a unique opportunity for women to connect and support each other through life's challenges. Led by experienced therapists, our sessions provide a safe space for participants to explore personal issues, enhance self-awareness, and build resilience. We focus on creating a nurturing environment where women can openly discuss topics that matter to them, from relationships, parental stress, self-esteem to work-life balance. This women's therapy group will provide a safe and supportive space for women to come together and explore various topics related to their mental health and well-being. Each week, participants will have the opportunity to discuss their personal experiences, share insights, and learn from one another.

The virtual format allows for greater accessibility and flexibility for participants from different locations or with busy schedules. Participants can join from the comfort of their own homes without having to worry about transportation or childcare arrangements. This also ensures confidentiality and privacy for all members of the group.


Men's Groups will be facilitated by Robert Jenkins

Maplewood Counseling will be offering 2 men's groups dates TBD virtually for a small group of men ( 8 -12) to support each other and navigate challenges.

Men's group therapy topics

This men's therapy group will provide a non-judgmental space for men to come together, share their experiences, and learn from one another. The goal of this group is to promote healthy communication, build self-awareness, address any underlying issues, and develop effective coping strategies.
