Our women's groups offer a unique opportunity for women to connect and support each other through life's challenges. Women's Group facilitated by Tara Chowaniec
This women's therapy group will provide a safe and supportive space every 2 weeks for women to come together and explore various topics related to their mental health and well-being. The fee will be $65 for each group meeting 2x a month. You will have the opportunity to discuss you challenges, fears, concerns and other personal experiences, share insights, and learn from one another.
The virtual format allows for greater accessibility and flexibility for participants from different locations or with busy schedules. You can join from the comfort of their own homes without having to worry about transportation or childcare arrangements. This also ensures confidentiality and privacy for all members of the group.
Men's Groups will be facilitated by Robert Jenkins
Maplewood Counseling will be offering a men's group virtually for a small group of men to support each other and navigate challenges.
